Internship at Singapore Repertory Theatre
I started my one-year internship at Singapore Repertory Theatre on the 16th of March 2026.
Singapore Repertory Theatre is one of Singapore's leading non-profit professional theatre company in Singapore. Through the Centre for Creative Learning, the company designs theatre-based educational programmes that encourage creativity, communication, and critical thinking for learners of all ages.
What did I do?
During my internship with the company, I was primarily involved in programme coordination and operations for school workshops. My responsibilities included coordinating the availability of teaching artists, liaising with teaching artists and clients, including schools and parents, preparing materials and logistical arrangements for programmes, and providing on-the-ground support during workshops.
What I enjoyed most is preparing materials and logistical arrangements for programmes. My first task of the week during my internship was to create big books for workshops!
